Shipping-

I ship as soon as possible for all ready to ship items. Made to order items ship within the time period listed for the item.  Once the package enters USPS, you will receive a tracking number and I cannot be responsible for it after that. 

Returns/ Exchanges-

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Personal sizing is the customer’s responsibility.

Damage/ Repair-

I guarantee my work. If anything happens to your jewelry that was directly caused by my craftsmanship, I will repair free of cost. Contact me and we can make a plan. If something happens to your jewelry that was not caused by my craftsmanship (you stepped on it, ran it over, closed it in a door, etc) I can do repair work for a cost starting at $50 and dependent on the nature of the repair.  Contact me and we can make a plan.

I do not resize rings or do any repair work on any other makers work.
